How to stay awake
- Walk or move around.
- Drink water or soft drinks.
- Drink coffee or an energy drink.
- Eat a protein bar.
- Eat an apple.
- Go to the bathroom.
- Wash your face.
- Brush your teeth.
- Switch between activities.
- Eat sunflower seeds that are still in the husk. Crack them open one at a time in your mouth.
- But don't eat too much.
- Get some cold air. Open the window.
- Listen to loud music (with headphones), but not 'easy listening' music.
- Take a shower.
- Turn on some lights.
- Go for a run.
- Eat pungent foods.
- Avoid leaning back and lying down, especially on your bed.
