CTV stands for Columbia Television...it's a TV station that features news and some crappy shows that no one watches.

The station gained national attention when seemingly amateur footage claimed to be recorded CTV News of the Minuteman stage-rush was picked up and run ad nauseam by major reputable media outlets, like Fox News.
