Communiqué[1] was the newspaper of record for SIPA from ??? to 2013, at which point it was absorbed in a merger with the upstart The Morningside Post[2]. Allegedly, Communiqué struggled with its online transition and recruitment in later years, and most of its staffers had jumped ship to TMP anyway.
