Really, absentminded?

The school's acknowledgement of this is how we know. Give us admin some credit.

Where? Rob Taylor was amazed to learn of the fact when I told him last thursday. Absentminded 12:25, 1 April 2007 (EDT) (And I've been wondering when you'd show up.)
I'm looking for it--I remember checking this on a University website when I first found out. -moph
Found it! "A History of Columbia University: 1754-1904", published by CU Press for the 150th anniversary has it on page 93. And yes, I have a 100-year-old history of the school on my bookshelf. -moph
  • Well done. E. A. Cardozo's history of Philolexian, which mentions that the administration hasn't officially acknowledged it was published two years prior in 1902. So props to the historian for catching that. Perhaps admins would do well to read those musty tomes and catch up on columbia lore?Absentminded 20:05, 1 April 2007 (EDT)
Also, I resent that you call Robert Taylor an administrator.
  • Also, you can read it on Google eBooks here. Ttan 12:33, 1 April 2007 (EDT)
  • This can't be right. It says it's Peithologian Blue and Philolexian White... Ttan 12:35, 1 April 2007 (EDT)
