Talk:Susan Sontag
- What is the purpose of this article existing without content? And what is Sontag's connection to Columbia? Pacman 13:50, 18 May 2007 (EDT)
- Agreed. I'll nominate it for deletion. − Reaganaut 12:42, 19 May 2007 (EDT)
- I was under the impression she had some connection to Columbia. I didn't recall what it was, but made a blank page in hopes that someone might remember. I could be entirely mistaken, of course. Mch 17:32, 27 May 2007 (EDT)
Nomination for deletion

- Keep. - Relevance established. − Reaganaut 13:50, 11 June 2007 (EDT)
- Delete for same reasons Pacman 15:25, 19 May 2007 (EDT)
- Keep -- Sontag was was an instructor in the religion department from 1960 to 1964, not to mention that she's often read in University Writing. Adolph Lewisohn 17:39, 27 May 2007 (EDT)
- Hmm...so does this mean we can make a page for Al Gore due to his 2002 J-School profship? Pacman 00:01, 28 May 2007 (EDT)
- Go ahead. I think that's rather noteworthy since it was one of his first major public appearances after the 2000 election and the course garnered a fair amount of media attention. Besides, we have a category for professors. He's also spoken on campus as recently as last semester. Adolph Lewisohn 03:51, 28 May 2007 (EDT)
- Keep - she taught here, she's read, no reason why she isn't relevant. --Nonsensical 13:48, 11 June 2007 (EDT)
