Advantages and disadvantages
Advantages
- Watt 1O is an often-overlooked large double. On other floors it would be a one-bedroom.
- Can travel room to room via the fire escape.
Disadvantages
- No common lounges.
- No computer labs or printers so you have to walk to McBain to print anything out.
- No vending machines
- Elevator sometimes gets stuck between floors.
- Fire engine based at 113th and Amsterdam frequently blares sirens and horn late at night.
