CTV stands for Columbia Television...it's a TV station that features news and some crappy shows that no one watches.

The station gained national attention when seemingly amateur footage claimed of the Minuteman stage-rush, claimed to be recorded by CTV News, was picked up and run ad nauseam by major reputable media outlets, like Fox News.
