Watt is possibly the most desired residence hall on campus. It has some of the most spacious and well-appointed singles and two-bedroom apartments.

Advantages and disadvantages
Advantages
- Watt 1O is an often-overlooked large double. On other floors it would be a one-bedroom.
Disadvantages
- No common lounges.
- No computer labs or printers.
- Elevator sometimes gets stuck.
