Isaac Asimov

Isaac Asimov, GS '39 PhD '48, was best known for his science fiction, though he famously wrote in every category of the Dewey Decimal system except for philosophy. He is arguably the most touted GS alumnus (see: Isaac) despite the fact that he graduated from a GS predecessor school and not GS proper.

He ultimately packed off for Boston University, which he liked better, to the surprise of virtually no GSer.
