The Asian Journal was a student literary journal oriented towards asian students. It's last issue was published in Spring 2004, and was eventually resurrected by its members in Spring 2006 as Tablet, a multi-cultural literary magazine.[1] It may date back to 1976.[2]

  2. Ads posted in the Spec in 1976 announcing staffing and organizing, and in 1977 announcing a second general meeting, suggest that such an organization has deep roots. Interestingly, the journal was based out of McIntosh on Barnard's campus.
