Baker Blast

Baker Blast was an organized event celebrating the first home game of the football season. Started in 1990 to increase student attendance at games other than Homecoming, the event featured free t-shirt giveaways and alcohol, and enjoyed sponsorship by the Athletics Department. However, in the aftermath of Bakergate, it's unclear to what extent the "Baker Blast" branding has survived.
