Scott Stringer
Scott Stringer was Manhattan Borough President. Anti-expansion protestors frequently claim he "sold out" the community by agreeing to accept a $32 million payment from Columbia to lessen the impact on the current Manhattanville residents, rather than the $274M they think they deserve.
