Protests at the dedication of Uris Hall
1964 in Columbia history:
- The groundbreaking of Uris Hall, the new home for the Business School, is picketed by Architecture students
- Revson Plaza is built
- The building now known as McBain is converted into a dormitory
- Columbia gains possession of a facility in Paris, Reid Hall
