Alicia Keys is a famous recording artist. She was an A student who graduated from high school at 16, and was accepted into Columbia, with a scholarship, around 1997. But her musical career was taking off and, while she began studying at the university, she found she couldn't handle the demands of being both a musical star and Ivy League freshman. She dropped out after four weeks.
