Presidential Advisory Committee on Sexual Assault
The Presidential Advisory Committee on Sexual Assault (sometimes President's Advisory Committee on Sexual Assault) (PACSA) is a secretive advisory body on dealing with sexual assault at Columbia. Its membership is not public, but it includes two students. It was formed after the passage of a new Sexual Misconduct Policy by the University Senate in May 2006. Previously the Senate itself had handled reviews and revisions of the policy.
In the 2013 - 2014 school year, certain student leaders began working to make a public subcommittee version of PACSA.[1].
