Sabor is a dance group that specializes in Latin dances such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton. However, the group is not limited to these styles and has performed hip hop, modern/jazz, tangos, and sambas, as well.

Sabor's annual showcase is in the fall semester (usually in November) and is an entertaining show with dances centered around an overall theme. In the spring semesters, Sabor prides itself with its Relevé Program, which is a three-day program that targets New York and New Jersey high school students from disadvantaged backgrounds who are interested in the performing arts and seek to learn more about higher education. Sabor hosts these students free of charge and facilitate workshops geared not only towards the performing arts, but also towards college life and the college admissions process. Workshops include but are not limited to essay writing skills, financial aid, SAT Prep, and recommended extracurricular activities. The Relevé Program is a vital part of the Columbia community as it brings together many students from diverse backgrounds in order to have the best experience for our students. Two years ago, Sabor's Relevé Program won Columbia’s King’s Crown Award for Best Program, the highest award given to a student group.

Those wishing to learn about Latin dance styles are encouraged to attend Sabor's workshops that occur each semester. They are usually after auditions for the team, which are held in the beginning of each semester.
