Touchdown Cannon
The Touchdown Cannon at Baker Field was given to the football team by the Student Board in 1961 during Columbia's only Ivy League championship season. The cannon was installed in time for Columbia's season finale at home against Penn, a victory which sealed a share of the league title that year. The cannon was given a good workout that day as the Lions made oatmeal of the Quakers, 37-6.
The current whereabouts of the cannon are unknown.
