Jerry Speyer CC '62 MBA '64 is a real estate tycoon and head of Tishman-Speyer. He owns both the Chrysler Building and Rockefeller Center, which for decades was Columbia property and an excellent source of rental income
As a student, Speyer majored in German literature and was a member of Zeta Beta Tau.
