some of these are available for free on google books, but i don't know what format we should be using for linking to it. suggestions, sysops?

Suggestion link like this http://books.google.com/books?vid=ISBN0465008445 - i.e. use ISBN only.

Too much bold?

Don't you think it's difficult to read the list when so much bold is used? I changed it to italics. Isn't it easier to read in italics than in bold? Reaganaut 15:39, 8 April 2007 (EDT)
