Neil Gorsuch CC '88 was co-founder, in 1986, and first chief editor of obnoxious humor paper The Fed. He was also a frat boy at Fiji. Despite clearly having a lot of fun, he also managed to graduate Phi Beta Kappa in three years and win a Marshall Fellowship to attend Oxford.
