Stop Hate On Columbia's Campus or SHOCC is a member club of the CSSN. It was established in response to the Ruggles vandalization incident.
In Spring 2006, SHOCC initiated a series of protests, issuing demands to the administration to establish "safe spaces", implement changes to the Core Curriculum, and force students to undergo "anti-oppression training". The administration partially caved in to the latter demand, mandating "diversity training" as part of NSOP.
