Thanks for your clarification as to the Psi U founding date. Still, I disagree with your claim that Psi U is the "oldest fraternity" at Columbia. As a member of Columbia's chapter of ADP, we trace a legacy back to the 1836 founding. Whether that makes us a fraternity by your definition is up to you, but ADP is still both the oldest Greek Letter organization at Columbia and the first fraternity at Columbia.
